Personalised exercise prescription using mHealth   

MOTIVATE  is a evidence-informed exercise programme which uses mobile health technology to support people increasing their physical activity and exercise levels. 

This programme aims to provide support for people at risk/with underlying medical conditions, with guidance from an exercise specialist and a commercially available smart watch. The smart watch and accompanying mobile application provides real-time feedback, which is shared with an exercise professional to monitor progress throughout the programme.
